If you’re looking for a Lexus or any other car for that matter, take time to visit this Lexus dealer, Hassan (sales man) was very informative and patient, uncle Nick in the used sales department was incredible!!! Uncle Nick earned the uncle title for his compassion and patience. Mauricio in the finance department, finished it off with a bang. There was little to no haggling and he was able to accommodate my family's needs (unlike another dealership that I abruptly left one week prior). 5 STAR SERVICE!!! I purchased a vehicle from Tri-County about a month ago and the experience, from start to finish, was phenomenal! I was assisted by Ivan, and his manager Lee. Those 2 were incredible. They made the vehicle purchasing process a breeze, and after visiting numerous dealerships, I can firmly say the staff and the service at this location is top notch. They really uphold to the values and service you would expect from a Lexus dealership. Additionally, I was assisted by Mauricio when I was closing the deal. He did very well to tailor to my needs and was very thorough throughout the process. One thing I really appreciate from the staff is their act of following up with the customer whenever anything pops up. It’s the little things that matter. 10/10 would definitely recommend! I was interested in a ES 300h when I was searching the web, found out that Tri-County Lexus had one, I was like why not? So, made an appointment with Cara, she was very frank and polite, for some reason she didn't have a desk, I think that's absurd, she is a wonderful saleswoman. Anyway after a phone call or two I entered the Tri-County Lexus. The area is a typical dealership location, with top end cars on the floor and many salesmen waiting to help you. I was asked by the receptionist if I could be helped and if I wanted any tea, yes ma'am! As I was finishing up brewing my first cup of tea (always the best one) Cara stood right behind me, punctual, usually it's half way done with my tea that the salesmen decides to get up. I told her what we had talked about and she already had the car out and ready to test drive. I was impressed, not a lot of salesmen do that until the appointment arrives. I liked that a lot. We did a walk around and she did a wonderful job pointing out all the features of the car. Making sure to point out the touch screen interface and the trunk, two of the important if you ask me. My sale was hard and my situation isn't the best so the manager Robert, came to try every option he could. He tried and tried, me and Cara tested out 3 cars before I had to leave, this is where I wish this part didn't happen. When I asked to leave Cara went to grab my keys, I was then stopped by a gentlemen named Casey. A different manager, and I was taken aback so far by his tone. I said I was done, I had to go, good bye, see you again. But that wasn't a good enough answer, his tactics were OVERLY aggressive to the point I felt I had to please this man just to leave... I couldn't just walk out unfortunately because THEY HAD MY KEYS! Unfriendly and demanding service. I had to waste another 15 mins when I already had to go on a 1 hour and 30 min drive just to persuade him that I needed to leave. Who does that? There was no sale, but I give Robert a 5 out of 5 star review, he used EVERY option in his book where other dealers (and I've been to plenty) would just sit and frown and say "there's nothing I can do". Cara was very informative, punctual, friendly, professional, and quite frankly, she needs a desk. 5 out of 5 for her. And Casey 2 out of 5 not that, aggressiveness isn't a bad tactic, but you should be in a Chevy dealership, where you'll make plenty of sales. It is clear that he did not care what I had to do, go, or why and when a customer (or bag of money to Casey) says they have to go I'll come back, just let them go, I hate greedy salesmen. And if the part where Casey stepped in didn't happen I would be coming back but unfortunately I do not have the time to deal with... Whatever hostage situation that was. Good luck Cara and Robert and I hope you both make millions.

We had a good experience with the pre-owned department at Tri-County Lexus in Little Falls, NJ. They have a large selection of used cars, and specifically had 2 versions of the car that I was interested in, in the trim and color that I preferred. The salesman Chris Gomez, and the manager and the finance guy were all very friendly and made our car shopping experience pleasant. The price for the cars are the same regardless of financing or paying in cash. They have a couple of fees including a doc fee of $600, in addition to the tax and DMV fees. Overall, a positive experience and a place that I would recommend!
