Shout out to Adrian at the service department. I took my Lexus RX 350 in for what I thought would be a simple software update. Unfortunately squirrels had nested in my in the engine of my car. Adrian was great throughout this ordeal. He constantly kept in contact with me. Because this was animal damage I had to go through my insurance company. Adrian stayed on top of the case. What coukd have been a months long ordeal was resolved in a week. Thank you Adrian.
